I love everything about The Strong Studio! Their Team, the members, class options, childcare and so much more. I remember feeling sooooo nervous about starting my health and wellness journey - The Strong Studio Team has been so supportive and one of my BIGGEST cheerleaders! The Strong Studio offers a great selection of classes for those who prefer instructor-led fitness programming in a group environment. The atmosphere is welcoming, the instructors encouraging and the supportive camaraderie amongst members keeps you coming back for more. The place to go whether you are beginning your fitness journey or are striving to reach new fitness goals!

The strong studio is such a special place that’s welcoming, challenging and motivating. I look forward to coming to as many classes as I can every week. Not only are the instructors amazing the students are so nice and laid back.
Hands down best gym and trainers around! The team is incredibly encouraging, welcoming and knowledgeable. A wide variety of classes for all fitness levels so you can continue to challenge yourself. You feel like family here!
