I've had the device for 13 months and it broke I called - 2500 dollars and only a year warranty, left a message like I had previously, and noone ever called me back. Don't waste ur money, when they break there's no help, no coverage and they are too expensive for only a year warranty on something that goes in ur mouth.
After some frustration with device due to manufacturer issues (no fault of Strong clinic) Nancy and Pat made some adjustments to the device and so far so good. Thank you guys.
Horrible Horrible service, do not waste your money. When i first went to visit i asked multiple times, does the device work for everyone and if it doesn’t work is there a refund. Was assured if device doesn’t work there would be a refund. Purchased the device and after a couple nights of frustration i visited the office again and apparently the bands were stretching, as per Patrick Strong. They gave me some replacement straps and a big story of how “Pat is not happy with the straps” and they have new metal straps on the way ... read more
