Cheyenne Kenwellis knowledgeable and did a thorough analysis of the next steps for me. She suggested some exercises that have been helpful. I was really pleased with the results of my first appointment with her.
Cheyenne was very friendly and professional. The two pairs of orthotics that she has made for me have worked out perfectly. My foot pain has gone down significantly and I am able to run longer distances again. I will keep returning!

I would highly recommend the Orillia Stride Clinic. Josee took care of my needs with regard to my arthritic feet & is the best there is in the area. She is so professional, knowledgeable giving all kinds of advice & recommendations on shoes, orthotics plus other available aids. She is liken to a shoemaker, who can reconstruct the inside layer of a shoe to suit any ailment.
