Avoid if you have allergies to mold. First room had mold across the ceiling despite being the top floor (310). Moved rooms and second one had hair all over bed and pillows, with a scattering across bathroom. Also seemed to be residual mold in places. Stayed the night in that room but the next day when multiple rooms on the third floor took showers, the room flooded in the bathroom and bedroom. Great hotel!!! We go for the Handy Festival and this hotel is right in the middle of everything. Everyone is very nice and very accommodating.
Pros: - walkable to downtown restaurants/shops - cable TV - easy check-in/out process Cons: - elevator was out of order due to power surge so had to carry luggage up and down the stairs to 3rd floor - felt like A/C was not working - room key card allowed initial access into room and then stopped working - disturbed sleep due to cars blasting music outside, sirens, yelling, etc. - cracked window in room - low lighting in bathroom
