Great hotel!!! We go for the Handy Festival and this hotel is right in the middle of everything. Everyone is very nice and very accommodating.
Pros: - walkable to downtown restaurants/shops - cable TV - easy check-in/out process Cons: - elevator was out of order due to power surge so had to carry luggage up and down the stairs to 3rd floor - felt like A/C was not working - room key card allowed initial access into room and then stopped working - disturbed sleep due to cars blasting music outside, sirens, yelling, etc. - cracked window in room - low lighting in bathroom
