Just had my first session and it was awesome. I was greeted warmly and everyone made me feel welcome. Service was excellent and I am excited to return.
I went to Stretch Loft during a promotion. We enjoyed the visit and made a future appointment. I was told we would be able to pay package prices for our next visit but no one was available to advise on us what the packaging was. On our next visit we were charged full price, not package pricing, as expected. When I asked about packaging it was vague, different from what other staff said I should expect from the packages, and would not apply to that day's visit. It was a full body experience that I needed. I was very sore and tight before the session. Marlon is an expert at what he does and i felt like a new person afterwards. I will definitely be back. .
