I’ve been traveling from Sydney to The Stretch Lab Terrigal for several years and honestly can’t recommend them enough. Stretch physio has been an effective treatment for managing my chronic pain from poly-neuropathy. The team is super welcoming and always leaves me feeling better after every session.

I made it to the top court in my Pickleball competition after I committed to work with Hana. I wanted to report that my shoulder was really comfortable yesterday as I reached up to smash a high ball. Thank you.

Nat and Hana are fabulous and have created a warm, positive and welcoming environment, it’s a real joy to be there. The treatments are both professional and focused and are designed to push you but without being overwhelming. I always feel better both mentally and physically after leaving. I’d go everyday if I could. Keep up the great work and thank you.

So glad that I realized that this company was not linked to the other chain of operators throughout Sydney with a similar name ! The name fortunately is the only similarity between the two .Hana and her team are amazing and clearly well trained. I have been going to THE Stretch lab for a few weeks now and have already noticed the improvement in my mobility and flexibility . The team at Terrigal are amazing , the customer service is next level and each session is catered to your individual needs .

We have been going to The Stretch Lab for over 4 years and it's been the best investment ever made! All of the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I walk out of there feeling taller and relaxed. We HIGHLY recommend their services.
