Nat and Hana are fabulous and have created a warm, positive and welcoming environment, it’s a real joy to be there. The treatments are both professional and focused and are designed to push you but without being overwhelming. I always feel better both mentally and physically after leaving. I’d go everyday if I could. Keep up the great work and thank you.
So glad that I realized that this company was not linked to the other chain of operators throughout Sydney with a similar name ! The name fortunately is the only similarity between the two .Hana and her team are amazing and clearly well trained. I have been going to THE Stretch lab for a few weeks now and have already noticed the improvement in my mobility and flexibility . The team at Terrigal are amazing , the customer service is next level and each session is catered to your individual needs .

Incredible therapy!!I have MS, and the staff at The Stretch Lab are so knowledgeable and passionate in what they do. I attend for 1.5 hour's each week and I absolutely love it! My body thanks me for it. Clean premises and friendly Therapist's make my session's at The Stretch Lab so enjoyable and I love the improvement in my body since discovering Stretch. I can't recommend The Stretch Lab high enough!
