Strength Haven is truly what it promises- a haven. I have been training with one of the incredible PTs Kirra through a work transition period and even as a new visitor I was immediately made to feel at home. From the first time I stepped in the doors over 6 months ago now, The Strength Haven has been by far the most welcoming, friendly & supportive gym & community I have ever been involved in. Marty has created the most amazing community and gym with a great range of high quality equipment and an extra attention to detail that you donāt get in other gyms.
