The Strength Haven is an amazing gym to workout at! The equipment is top-notch and perfect for powerlifting or general strength training. Loved the atmosphere and everyone at the gym was super welcoming. Highly recommend!Â

One of the best gyms I’ve been to, and has an amazing vibe. Fully equipped for anyone into powerlifting/strength training, and a great culture for anyone just starting out. Strength Haven is truly what it promises- a haven. I have been training with one of the incredible PTs Kirra through a work transition period and even as a new visitor I was immediately made to feel at home.
