The Strength Fortress is truly something special. The coaching is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely focused on helping members achieve their goals. As someone just starting my power lifting journey, I’ve felt encouraged and supported from day one. The community from not just the staff but other members is so incredibly welcoming, inclusive, and friendly and it really feels like a family. Highly recommend to anyone all ages and abilities interested in powerlifting.
TSF has exceeded our expectations. The guidance of the coaches, supportiveness of the members and leadership of Billie and JP have left a lasting impression. You truly feel valued and the structure of the training really feels tailored to your needs. This has really set them apart from other commercial gyms. The emphasis on coaching is great for beginners who are wanting to start their strength journey.
The coaches here are genuinely friendly and make you feel welcome no matter your skill level. The whole atmosphere is warm and supportive, the kind of place where you actually look forward to showing up.
