I did online training with Tom, and he is a highly qualified and motivated coach. He was very thorough in explaining kettlebell movements I was unfamiliar with, ensuring I understood them properly. I trained with Tom Online for 3 months…. And let me tell you… the strength train was fully loaded. Over the course 3 months… I was able to get stronger than I ever thought previously was possible but the best gains were what it did for me mentally. Toms workouts are HARD. They will push you. Through preserving and trusting the process I gained a new baseline of what my body and mind are capable of. Been following Tom for some time and got into kettlebell workouts because of his content. Finally got the chance to stop into The Strength Factory and it was honestly my favorite workout i’ve had in a long time. 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants to do unconventional training. What Tom does at his gym is truly incredible, especially when you workout with him in the classes. The energy and motivation that is built inside this place is special, he motivates his people and everyone respects the Factory. It is truly a family style gym, can’t wait to get back out to Long Island to workout there again.
