Not only has the shape of my body changed but my overall confidence has improved in every aspect of my life. Every coach/trainer at the gym is uplifting and focused on female empowerment. And everybody that I have ever met at the studio that is embarking on some sort of journey is encouraging and motivating. If you are looking to be a bada$$ with a good a$$ this is THE spot.
