Sincerely, the leasing manager….this is a follow up of my previous review I posted on here. Just for those who don’t know, I moved into an apartment that was not touched before I got keys to move in. I am in conversation with the management staff regarding move out fees as I am not obligated to pay if I am uncertain of where the money is going. The email exchanges you see is how you should expect the staff to treat you as a resident. They have no obligation to respect you, you are a paycheck to them at the end of the day.
I HATE this apartment, I cannot stress you enough how frustrating it has been living here for the past year. This is going to be a long review, just letting you know that right now. I'm going to splitting this review into separate portions to make it easier to read. The response attitude of the staff is very poor!! First, they gave us wrong info but wasn't responsible for anything but only told us "regardless of everything we told you, blahblahblah". So who should be responsible for those wrong statement?? Second, the problem I talked about with the staff was never settled, and they never gave us a follow up call as they promised.
