I’ve lived at the stratum for almost a year now, and so far since i’ve moved in I’ve had no problems. The location is nice, quality of the rooms are good, and although it’s on the higher end price wise- it’s nice to only have to worry about paying my electric separately. Lived here for 3 years, love it!
My friend lives at Stratum so I come over here often. Its a great apartment and she seems really happy with it since she's renewing. The study room is our go to study location in town
My experience at the Stratum has been great I've lived here for close to three years. I did have a slight issue with moisture and mold retention which was addressed fairly quickly. The office staff has always been friendly and very professional each time I grab a package or ask them a question. Overall, this is a very nice place to live.
