I saw A.Prof Gluch for the first time today and I was very impressed. When I called to book the appointment, the receptionist was extremely friendly and accommodating and squeezed me in. A. Prof Gluch was very assuring and put me at ease - he even walked me over to imaging to organise a biopsy and then came back to check I was ok. Such a lovely and caring experience which is often hard to come by.
Front drop off area, excellent cafe, not too much walking to specialist, etc. Walking distance to trains and buses.
Such warm and supportive service from the first phone call. Such an excellent surgeon. I felt to safe and cared for.
