I was very disappointed with my experience at The Strand Salon. I've never felt as uncomfortable in a salon as I felt as soon as I arrived. Don't expected a friendly environment with the exception of the hair assistant. From start to finish the whole experience lacked professionalism and skills. Marina botched my hair and when when I told her that I was dissatisfied the attitude I received from the her was appalling.
