Receptionist was rude, interruptive and unclear when giving information, which is unacceptable when attending to service users needs, especially elderly service users. Poor service overall, and when asked about the complaint system I was given the managers name which I then asked for an email and wasn’t given one when I was reassured I would be given one.
I'm shocked to see poor reviews about receptionists on here. In the short time I've been at the practice the staff have been brilliant. Courteous, accommodating, extremely helpful, and willing to find a way to help.
Very rude and racist receptionists.highly not recomended!!!
