I’ve only been once but will one hundred percent be returning again! I’m a natural blonde who went red who wanted to go back to blonde. Sydney Kate walked me through the process, explained what she was doing and what products she used and why, all the while keeping up a lighthearted discussion. She listened to my hair needs and expectations (I have curly hair) and respected my wants while directing me to what would work best for me specifically. Absolute 10/10 and just the sweetest person!
