Yesterday was my first time at The Strand and I left beyond thrilled with a truly exceptional experience. All of the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Donna the owner made me feel like part of the family while I had my hair washed, cut and styled. The staff worked as a true caring team and helped one another assist all customers while remaining professional and fun. I really think think place is a hidden gem. Nevermind you end up with an amazing cut, but you really do have a blast while you're there. Highly recommended!
Visited Ashley at The Strand for the first time today, and I have to say, I had such a fantastic experience! Ashley was personable, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Best of all, unlike some of the other stylists I've gone to in the past, she *listened* to me and helped me pick a cut that works perfectly for my lifestyle (I'm a wash & go type of woman with no interest in styling my hair... most days, I shove it into a ponytail or bun & call it a day).
