My hair looks and feels so healthy and it’s so easy to manage now. This was my 3rd straightening treatment and I love it.
Extremely happy with my last treatment at Kirra, Kia done a very good job. Best one yet. Will always come back to Kirra to have it done.
I received the worst customer service. From the minute I arrived, the lady that straightened my hair made me feel so uncomfortable. She was not happy to be there at all. I had to be the one that asked what the process was and my after care. She never smiled and made every request feel like I was awful for asking. For the money, I would definitely go somewhere else and receive the service you’re paying for.
Overall, I’m really happy with my hair straightening results. The straightening itself worked extremely well — my hair was noticeably smoother, far more manageable, and I still retained a beautiful natural curl rather than it being completely pin-straight, which I actually love. Even a few months on, my hair is still much less curly than it was pre-treatment, and styling has been so much easier after the semi-permanent. The whole experience was amazing. Kyra & all the girls were lovely, answered all my questions & did an amazing job! I’m so happy with outcome. It’s better than I expected & I love love love it. Ive now had 2 treatments 5 months apart & could have waited another 2-3 months but wanted to get in before the February weather. Same fantastic result. It’s the best money I’ve ever spent.
