I would beware Rich Stowe for a real estate sale. He took advantage of an older gentleman selling his house. It was like he was the buyer’s attorney instead of that of the seller. He seems to be a sort of jack of all trades, master of none, so it’s possible it’s just incompetence. But having the buyers move into the house on the day of closing and the seller receiving a check one week later that luckily took only one day to clear, delayed the seller from getting his money for 8 days after the buyers moved in.
