Josh did an excellent job repairing my gas fireplace. It needed desperate cleaning after 25 years and wouldn't turn on anymore. He was very professional and when he was finished the fireplace looked brand new again. I highly recommend him. Michael
Jim came to give advice for my fireplace replacement. He said it only needed cleaned and spent about 3 minutes actually cleaning the fireplace and 40 minutes giving his opinion on politics. I have used him before, and this experience was 180 degrees different. He charged me $175 dollars for nothing. I called him and asked him to return and actually clean the fireplace, but he never showed up. He didn't apologize and in fact stated he was cheaper than other companies. I had Jim put a gas stove in for me 3 years ago and it works great. Sheryl, who answers the phone, is very nice and accommodating. If I ever have any questions, I get them answered right away or Jim comes out personally. Highly recommend The Stove Guy.
The Stove Guy was excellent! Jim has a lot of experience & was able to fix our fireplace issues right away. Previously, I had used Accent Fireplaces to service my fireplace. The pilot light kept going out and if not used for 24-48 hours, it would need to be relight, making using the fireplace too obnoxious. The repair person from Accent came out 4 times and kept “guessing” what could be the problem and had me replace many expensive parts and still could not fix the issue. I was recommended by a friend, I had to wait several weeks because they were booked out, but the service was professional and reasonably priced - the lady who scheduled me was so sweet and the guy who came was friendly and personable. My fireplace is working great and he walked me through how it works and told me to call anytime if I have follow up questions. Highly recommend!
