Very knowledgable and nice service person. They let me know the possible charges before they came over and then went over things with me after they looked the stove over. I would definitely do business with them again.

Really disappointed. They worked on stove & talked a good story. After waiting months for a new ignitor due to supply chain issues, the ignitor failed within a few months. They promised to replace once they had a new one. This was last spring. It's now December, haven't heard word one, haven't had a call returned & my stove doesn't light. Buyer beware!
Poor communication, wouldn't stand up and respond to workmanship that failed same day. Couldn't get owner to return and repair properly. Technician talked about personal drug use,and disconnected safety feature, wouldn't refund charges
