Worst customer service ever! First off I never spoke to a person. Not once. It was all through text. If I called they never answered. They tried to charge me late fees that are illegal. GA codes says they're only allowed to charge $20 or 20% of the bill as a late fee. They wanted $10 a day. I had to threaten them with my attorney. I moved out of the unit.
