We’ve been renting from the storage facility in Baird for years, and they’ve been absolutely amazing! We’ve moved several times, and they always have affordable, available units exactly when we need them. The whole process is quick, easy, and so convenient—it takes all the stress out of storage. The staff is friendly, helpful, and reliable, and it’s clear they care about their customers. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a safe, affordable place to store their belongings!
I vacated my unit on On December 28, 2020. I spoke with the owner asked her to refund my deposit and January‘s rent that I had already paid. On January 16 I text messaged the owner to ask why I had not received my refund yet. On February 6 I emailed the owner yet again to ask why I had not received my refund yet. I have now made three attempts to be refunded what is rightfully mine, and the owner is chosen to ignore me.
