I vacated my unit on On December 28, 2020. I spoke with the owner asked her to refund my deposit and January‘s rent that I had already paid. On January 16 I text messaged the owner to ask why I had not received my refund yet. On February 6 I emailed the owner yet again to ask why I had not received my refund yet. I have now made three attempts to be refunded what is rightfully mine, and the owner is chosen to ignore me.
