Excellent customer service. Very safe location. Lisa is so kind and helpful.
I have been a customer for the past 4 years. Lisa is a fantastic manager, and I could not be happier knowing the quality of this place has always exceeded my expectations. From using a move-in truck for free to discounts when you pay for a 6- or 12-month lease, this business has always taken care of my needs. Always clean and with a temperature-controlled environment, I highly recommend this storage facility.
Lisa was exceptional assisting me in finding a storage unit that fit my needs, I was able to call on Monday and move-in on Friday. She went out of her way to meet me at the Units on Friday, outside of office hours, and she went above and beyond from start to finish. Can’t recommend The Storage Project highly enough!
The new Managment is very aggressive. I live out of state and was getting some things out of storage. She pulled up yelling and I tried to de’ escalate the situation just to be yelled at even more. Now I feel uncomfortable with my belongings being left to go back to Georgia. No one wants to feel like they made a wrong decision about the safety of their belongings. She could have just talked like a normal human being. I don’t pay you to be yelled at.
Highly recommend this storage facility. The units are well maintained, clean, climate controlled, affordable, spacious, safe, and critter free. The manager Chris is simply amazing! If you need a place to store your belongings...this IS the place. Top notch.
