Your storage place is secure I I haven’t been robbed since y’all took over so thank you
I absolutely have peace of mind with my units… and that says a lot, it’s not just the gate access it’s the monitoring they do as well. If I have any issues or questions Jenn and her team are quick to answer and the customer service is the best in town. If you are looking for a storage facility absolutely check them out.
Like this place but it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone- it's either busy or sends you to voice mail- how am I supposed to call them back- as they requested- when no one answers the phone!?- so angry **update** so it turns out they were switching computer programs and the new system had not recognized the payments yet- so everyone got the message I got to call them- the poor girl taking the calls was slammed by all the calls at one time which is why I couldn't get through- she called me back 30 minutes later-... read more
