Like this place but it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone- it's either busy or sends you to voice mail- how am I supposed to call them back- as they requested- when no one answers the phone!?- so angry

Customer service is awesome, quick, professional & efficient. Definitely recommend if you’re needing to store any belongings short or long term.
I've had storage units all over the state and further. I've never seen such a good group of people ever. At the West Oak location in Palestine I got to work with Jen and Beau and they went way beyond customer service when I got behind due to an illness. I wish I had the words to describe the gratitude I have for these guys. Definitely where you want to keep things safe.
This is the worst storage facility that i have ever seen.The lady working there was rude and unprofessional.They have roaches and bugs in there units.I would not recommend renting from this facility.I had to give 1 star just so i could post this or i wouldnt have given that.And the lighting there is really bad.You cant even see where your going to get to your unit.
