Clean facility, safe and secure
I have an end unit (next to an outside door). I just wish I didn’t have so many bugs, spider webs, etc. in and around my unit. The air conditioner has been out for 3 weeks. The employee, Kate, has been rude to me and other tenants.
Great place, I feel very safe when I'm there I feel all my stuff is safe also.
My experience with The Storage Place in Alvin has been amazing. The staff is friendly, the facility is always clean, and I feel confident that my belongings are safe and secure. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable storage with great customer service!
