Never had a problem til the end when we were done moving out of the storage one of the receptionist was very rude today , One of the receptionist called the other day and said that they needed to update our card information because they reset their computer and lost card info Something like that and I told them once I made the payment how can I take my card off because we moved everything out of the storage and she said oh if y’all moved everything out of the storage y’all don’t have to pay just come and unlock the storage r... read more
Kate was Great. The people below were probably being rude. She gave me great service, helped me out in a time pinch, gave very clear directions setting up the account and had fair prices. Sad people are always looking up tear others down. Spread some positivity.
