First time customer / storage rental here. In less than three months into the rental they increased my monthly rate by 14.8%. I believe they're hoping their tenants get fully moved in just in time to announce the increase. Also, they have four separate / physical buildings and ONE cart that's never @ the main building so you spend 15 minutes looking for it. Why not have a cart for each building? We're already shopping the area for a new storage solution while we sell our house.
The facility manger Kate, was very unprofessional. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I walked in there asking questions about a u-haul reservation I had and she seemed to be upset about every question i made. I even asked her is she was having a bad day she was so rude and started telling me that she didn’t understand why I was there and I even offered to show her the email I had so she could see what I was talking about.
