Moved my stuff in not even two months ago, they have already raised my rates by $25 a month. After calling and asking why they would make a shady move like this now that I’m all moved in, they told me it was some introductory fee that I was never talked to about, I had talked with reception for 30 minutes on options before deciding to use their units and not once was told about an introductory rate.
