I was super impressed with these people. Then, I got behind 2 months, they had worked with me previously. I get that they are a business. I asked if they could let me know when the auction was going to be, so maybe I could bid on 1 of my 3 units. No response. I asked if they could give whoever bought them my name and address. Maybe they would be willing to let me buy back my family pictures, or birth/ death certificates, SS info and my legal documents and the handmade gifts my children have made me over the past 27 years.
