The online move in process was easy and the units seem to be priced well. However, there was not a lock in my unit when I moved in like the email said there would be, so I had to call customer service, which connected me to a representative with a very thick accent and he was hard to understand and rude. The customer service number did not connect me to anyone on site. Also, the aisle my unit is on had nails, screws, and roofing tacks scattered across the entire roadway lane.
