Just left this location and was helped by Miranda. She made our experience very comfortable and easy. Miranda was very knowledgeable and helpful and she answered all our questions and concerns with confidence. Glad we came here and found such a friendly and safe place to store our belongings.
We were very happy with everything for the entire time we were there and using two different units. Terry King is amazing to deal with. She immediately handled any issues or concerns and did so kindly and professionally. Prices are fair and everything is secure. There was never a problem with climate control or security. If needed again, I'd go right back. If Terry is there, it's a deal. If not, I'd still keep it at the top of my list.
Terri King, the facility Manager, is awesome, available, organized, positive, and helpful. She has set very high standards for managing storage facility rentals in this City. Even if she should leave, she will ensure that her high standards are followed. From experience, I can tell you that this facility is superior to any storage facility I have visited; and, in fact, I left my prior storage facility after the compromise of my unit which was not properly handled by the facility management. Wonderful experience having a storage at this facility! Very well maintained and the best customer service from the staff! Terri and Hailey are always doing the best to meet my needs! I highly recommend this facility for anyone that wants a clean and wonderful storing experience!
