Customer service is quick and efficient. The bluetooth system works well and will be using again. Thank you to Jennifer and the team with setting me up.
I was told I could pay my monthly rent online, but every time I've tried, I get the error message that payment processing is not enabled, to contact them. When I do, I get "we have no control over the website," now, no one will even answer the phone! I was told a district manager would be calling me... yeah, right. Something told me, this place was a mistake, when there was no one there when we moved in!
Unit was unable to be accessed on the day of move in on 4/ 25/24. No one was available to assist. Very disappointed. Paid about $35 for administrative fee and insurance. First month was quoted as free. Was not even offered it back by the site manager based on their issues. Smh
I've had a great experience with this storage facility. I needed 24/7 access to my unit and so this bluetooth unit was an amazing choice.
Do not store here!!!! This facility uses BLUTOOTH KEYLESS ENTRY. Meaning when there is a "malfunction" or a "loose wire" like there is right now with MY UNIT, YOU CAN NOT UNLOCK AND ACCESS YOUR STUFF. NO ONE HAS ANSWERS, NO ONE KNOWS How TO Unlock IT, AND MAINTENANCE CANT GET HERE FOR AT LEAST A WEEK. I just paid $137 YESTERDAY. ALL MY WORK CLOTHES AND WORK STUFF IS IN MY UNIT SO NOW IM LOSING MY JOB BECAUSE I CANT GET THE APPROPRIATE WORK ATTIRE AND MY JOB IS ZERO TOLERANCE. YOU THINK THIS PLACE CARES? NO!
