Poor communication however communication is usually unnecessary which I'm grateful. My uhaul experience: Very satisfied with the uhaul experience. Once again, they have served as a life saver and I will be back next time I'm in need.
This place sucks. At any moment they can double your rent, which they did to me. Ive been trying to get in my unit for over 20 minutes and the help there offering isn't enough. This is honestly absurd. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Update to my post I was just told there's nothing they could do and that it's most likely my things inside causing the door not to work. Mind you nothing has changed in my unit since I moved in, and have been able to get in and out just fine prior to this. So I'm now paying for a unit where I do... read more

Scammy business model. They hook you with a low rate of $66 a month. Then after a few months, they increase it to $92. It’s just rude, maybe after a year I could understand but come on…you’ll be losing a customer.
