Poor communication however communication is usually unnecessary which I'm grateful. My uhaul experience: Very satisfied with the uhaul experience. Once again, they have served as a life saver and I will be back next time I'm in need.
Customer service is quick and efficient. The bluetooth system works well and will be using again. Thank you to Jennifer and the team with setting me up.
I was told I could pay my monthly rent online, but every time I've tried, I get the error message that payment processing is not enabled, to contact them. When I do, I get "we have no control over the website," now, no one will even answer the phone! I was told a district manager would be calling me... yeah, right. Something told me, this place was a mistake, when there was no one there when we moved in!
