I am age 57. Have rented many places in my lifetime. This I will say is the best. Functioning website that is very UI friendly, correct sizes and pricing availability, and when I had one hitch (brought on my me) a phone representative took care of it like it was no big deal quickly. The bluetooth locks entry and storage entry unlock / lock makes everything even smoother. VERY happy I chose National.
Had to cancel a wasted storage unit. Not these guys fault. They did it right. Just a waste of money on my end for somebody who didn't even use it. So mad. Lost money but again, not these guys fault
I have been a tenant here for well over a year, and it has been one issue after another. From my unit door constantly malfunctioning to the staff being consistently unhelpful, this place is a headache. Most recently, I found mouse urine and droppings all over my belongings. When I called to report the health hazard, Ashley was incredibly rude and dismissive.
