I was a customer there for 3 years. Around the beginning of the 3rd year I got a tad behind in payment by 10 days. I couldn't believe even tho I dI'd all I could to notify I would be late a bit I received nothing but ignorant threats constantly daily that my locks would be cut and my stuff put up for Auctions. I tried multiple times to find information on the owner so I could directly explain my change in circumstances after 3 years of payment on time but the manager refused over and over to put me in touch with the owners. ... read more
