I had an extremely hard and trying time placing a service request when my sinks were holding 3 inches of filthy water. Ultimately I hired a plumber on my own. He angered out 24 feet of sludge to correct the problem and did not receive payment until over 2 months later. Blueprint property management is derelict, there is no resident management to speak of. As well if your balcony has the misfortune of facing east, you get to hear a lot of noise and chaos from Grace Village Manor. You can hear sirens, yelling, screaming, drug ... read more

I’ve owned in this building since it was built. I’ve never been a board member but the people on the board have done a great job in my opinion. Common areas are clean and well maintained.
