Despite being told you can never get through. I always manage to get an appointment with patience. The staff are always very pleasant and very helpful.
Have been using this practice for myself and kids just over 6 years now. The female GPs are really great Dr McDougall, Dr Burke and more recently Dr Ho and some nice reception staff.
I’ve just moved to this surgery and I want to give a nice review for the receptionists I have dealt with, especially Stephen! Really helpful and very kind when accommodating a bit of an out-there type request. Thanks for everything!
More than five years of excellent and much appreciated care and attention from NHS staff at Stonelaw, whether it's on reception, or with nurses and GPs before, during and after COVID. Thank you. 👏👏👏
This practice has the worst customer service you can imagine. Any time you call in the morning for an appointment it takes for ever for some one to answer a call only for them to tell you they don’t have any appointments left. 3 times in the space of a week this has happened to me. I went in to reception at 9am to tell them I need to see a doctor for medication about my mental health and was told once again there isn’t anyone able to see me.
