I've just called the surgery due to receiving a message to book appointment within 2 weeks. Had to listen to 3 minutes of speaking saying they are aspire group blah blah.. 😑 to get through and then say the surgery is closed. Again.
Gosh, the booking system is infuriating and unfair. At 8am, I was number 23 on the queue and after 30 minutes on the phone was then told by the call agent that capacity was full. Was signed-posted to the medical centre website.
Call at 8am on the dot and when you get through all the pre recorded messages your 30th in the queue. On hold for and hour and a half to be told there's no appointments and they don't make appointments for the next day even if you're referred just told by the receptionist to "try again tomorrow"
I have been registered with this surgery since 2014 worst ever experience they never ever give appointments I am always calling from 8am they pick up the call and saying all the appointments are gone. Worst ever surgery people at reception so rude on the call they think that we are stupid. Tbh every time same dialogue to hear. I don’t understand if they don’t want to work why they are open.
They are worse than just jobsworths, they are dangerous. Without knowing patient or history they think they can stop a strong painkiller because of some new policy. As it appears to prescriber that the medication was not regular but a 1 off. I personally didn't hear her say as the line was fuzzy and she was shouting. She obviously has not even looked at my notes. As the info is been found .
