All I can say is that they are jobsworths. The receptionists are great and must take a lot of flack. But whoever is managing the surgeries must have had very little experience of dealing with people, especially if mobility is an issue.Or the reason they need appointment! Still not managed to see a GP, due to the 10min late rule. Which is fair enough, but previously the last slots were reserved for these patients.Of they were prepared to wait. Had a blood test today from Mrs Pooja, I didn’t feel a thing, was the best blood test I have ever had in all honesty
Well my friend is 90 years old she had a full where she broke her hip not femor went in to hospital for 6 weeks then went into two care homes when she came out she is now house bound she needed a repeat prescription so I went up there to order a repeat prescription but could not as thay taken her off the surgery list so I ask how to register her to the surgery in which she was never ask to be taken off thay then gave me a form to register which was about 20 pages the form would have been to hard for my 90 year old to fill ou... read more
