Repost after a month ago to add the last paragraph.. Gosh, the booking system is infuriating and unfair. At 8am, I was number 23 on the queue and after 30 minutes on the phone was then told by the call agent that capacity was full. Was signed-posted to the medical centre website.... Happened again. This time I was 11th on the queue after phoning up at 8am on the dot but told nope I should call 111
Thats just sad the surgery cant help you when you need it. Just registered me and familly in the other surgery.
I've just called the surgery due to receiving a message to book appointment within 2 weeks. Had to listen to 3 minutes of speaking saying they are aspire group blah blah.. 😑 to get through and then say the surgery is closed. Again.

Call at 8am on the dot and when you get through all the pre recorded messages your 30th in the queue. On hold for and hour and a half to be told there's no appointments and they don't make appointments for the next day even if you're referred just told by the receptionist to "try again tomorrow"
