I came with my 2 year old son to get two hair-cuts, the lady cut me with a faulty clippers. The wound got infected which landed me at the doctor. I left word with the shop three times and whilst they took responsibility (the barber knew that one of her two clippers were bad, because she had JUST cut someone else, but, kept them both in rotation because she wasn't sure which one was faulty, her words not mine, not kidding) they ghosted me afterwards and did not return any calls. Fast friendly haircuts with excellent barbers.
Got my son's hair done and they were so patient and understanding. He did great but still they did a wonderful job of making him feel comfortable and the haircut looked great. They've got dum dums and juice for while you wait. Got my hair and beard done as well and it was a great job!
