A HUGE shoutout to Kate and Katie for they're amazing customer service! I came in with my grandmother last week to look at a potential apartment for her after her going over options. As we toured the complex with Kate, Kate answered any questions my grandmother had on the tour and guided her in any way my grandmother needed! The Unit Floor Plan, Amenities, Gated Complex with much privacy is what she definitely loved! Thanks again!
This has to be the best experience I’ve had in my five years of renting in Atlanta! From the moment I pulled onto the property, I could tell the grounds were well cared for. Landscapers were actively tending to the property, which was a great first impression and a clear reflection of how well the community is maintained. Be mindful when applying here. The fee sheet provided does not clearly state that the administrative fee is non-refundable, while other fees are specifically labeled that way. When I later experienced a life change and requested a refund, I was told the fee is non-refundable based on policy — despite that not being clearly disclosed upfront. I toured these apartments, and they have a cute charm. The interior itself has an interesting build. However, I did notice that the windows are small, and the patios on the top floor are quite limited in size. On a positive note, the amenities are gorgeous and add a nice touch to the overall experience. & I can’t forget the Staff; Paola was amazing !
