My first time at The Stocked Pot, took the German Comfort Foods class - it and the food were wonderful! My friend and I had a great time, Chef Don is so knowledgeable yet also makes you feel like he is cooking for you in his own home.
Oh my.. Rick and I have been taking a few classes. Tonight I made Chef Tyler's Barcelona Spain Roast Chicken with Garlic which he taught last week. An easy recipe with unbelievable, indescribably delicious results. The flavor is awesome. We have also made Chef Lisa's Chicken Scallopine recipe several times. We have taken at least 5 classes and this week will take Chef Betty's Seafood class.... This school is such an asset to the Triad in NC.
