Just spent a single night in Baton Rouge driving across the US between Arizona and Florida. Had the fortune opportunity to stay at the Stockade. My room was The Welch Room and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. Janice, the proprietor was very nice and provided some interesting history about the property. Breakfast was delicious. Wish I had more time to spend there.
My sister and I recently stayed in the suite at The Stockade for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish.
An absolutely divine B & B with fabulous full breakfast. My girlfriends and I were delighted with our two night stay in The Stockade. Janice is a wonderful host!! She suggested local restaurants and activities that we enjoyed! Highly recommend and will come again in the future!
Wonderful experience didn't know Baton Rouge had such a hidden jewel
