Keep it local and support your small business. Went in for a particular fat corner. They unfortunately did not have what I was looking for but found a ton of information in some machines I was looking at. Although they didn't have what I initially came in for...I still walked out with some things. The staff was also very helpful.

Needed a replacement part for a PE535 machine I had bought used. Couldn't find it anywhere but here. Talked with Ray on the phone about the specifics of my machine and it was sent quickly and arrived as needed!
