Either a staff member or the owner were very rude to me while i was doing a delivery with an 18 wheeler to a neighboring store in the same strip mall. He tried to be demanding and told me that I was blocking his customers, I responded "from what?". The music store next door had customers walking in and out with no problem. Mr Karen, you do not own the parking lot of the plaza. My review is based on my negative interaction, I didn't do any business here BUT i may have a delivery here one day....

I called two days ago to See if they had a part for my machine I needed. They said yes and gave me a price. I drove an hour to get here and the old lady did NOT want to help me. After a minute and a half of looking- she said there are a million parts in the back room and there’s no way she’s going to be able to find it. I asked her to call a gentleman who found the part two days ago twice and she said no. I had to buy multiple parts and spent four times the amount I was told over the phone. Great store for sewing, quilting and embroidery items. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The staff will go over every detail of the product you purchase and help you learn to utilize your machine to maximize your investment. Brother authorized dealer and repair for your Brother sewing machines, ScanNCut DX, etc. Local business and service with a smile.

Keep it local and support your small business. Went in for a particular fat corner. They unfortunately did not have what I was looking for but found a ton of information in some machines I was looking at. Although they didn't have what I initially came in for...I still walked out with some things. The staff was also very helpful.
