Arrived for a 2pm check in. Got my room keys and opened the door to a room that had not been cleaned. Cleaners looked so stressed and are clearly understaffed. Hire more cleaners and stop cutting costs. I’m now standing outside of a room while 2 cleaners are frantically trying to get my room ready. Absolutely disgraceful for a company to not be on top of these things.
We were given a room with no matress in the couch, promised one for the next night, undelivered on the next night anyway, and then when we requested our money back, they offered "just one" free meal to us, (he kept stressing "just one" persistently).
