Lewis and Mike have made this place into an amazing, relaxing place of tranquility in an angry, busy, fast-paced world. I had a lovely day, and feel so peaceful. This place is truly a hidden gem!!

I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my back and neck/shoulder area. I was fortunate enough to book a last minute session of Ortho-Bionomy with Shelly. She has a great bedside manners and truly listens to you. I am feeling so much better after seeing Shelly. I highly recommend her if you are experiencing pain or discomfort.

I had an amazing session with Mike! I do a lot of MMA training and manual labor, so my lower back legs and pretty much everywhere on my body is always sore. I walked out of the spa feeling more relaxed than ever. I even felt taller.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Today I had the most AMAZING massage by Mike. I’ve had many massages and have alway said my best massage was out of country years ago. This one today has truly beat that one. I’m so glad that they are just down the street. He truly cares and was so considerate of pressure and areas that may be of concern. Mike has a genuine gift and is a great asset to the spa.
Wonderful relaxing experience. I highly recommend.
