Lovely homes. Two complaints: One is that the sidewalks are awful when it comes to stroller-friendly crossing areas. There are rarely any ramps at the intersections when crossing the roads to get to the playground. It’s a huge hassle. And two, the playground isn’t fenced and right next to the road.

Place is held together by toothpicks and glue
We moved into our new home in November and are still dealing with plumbing issues two months later. It began with the hot and cold lines being crossed, which required cutting into the drywall of our brand-new home. Now we’re experiencing problems with the water heater not producing hot water.
