My husband and I are very happy with our home purchase living in the stiles. Sherry Richardson is great at what she does. She made everything easy for my husband and I to move in. do not buy a home here they wont fix anything you submit under warrenty ,they wont even come to look at the road in front of my house that i have been reported as collapsing unless i put in the portal ,its not our home with damages ,which we have had and they didnt do anything about. its smith and doulas' roads. Someone is going to get hurt and they wont properly fix the roads.Go through another company because they only are nice to get you in then they dont care.
