Grounds are beautiful. Room was nice but had a portable AC unit and space heater. I waited in the restaurant for 30 minutes but they never waited on me, had to get doordash. They added two $25 minibar charges to my bill and I don't even drink. Definitely not worth 300 per night, especially when they try to rip you off. Update: I called the property twice to get the false charges refunded. They assured me they would and did NOTHING. So they are thieves AND liars. Called corporate Marriott for them to deal with it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Steward! The rooms were beautifully decorated, it was very clean, the pool was very nice and good restaurant. I also liked the gardens, being surrounded by nature is nice instead of buildings, nice peaceful environment with excellent service.
Check in was not great. Was waiting for my room to be ready but she "forgot to call". As I finally get checked in after waiting in line I hear some wheeling and dealing from the agent with other guests for the parking charges, which nothing at all was mentioned to me about parking. Nice things about the steward: 1. Location is easy to get to 2. The grounds are nice 3. parking readily available 3. Breakfast and dinner served (and a bar) 4. room aesthetic and layout are nice 5. Service staff was courteous and helpful I sent to following to Marriott Bonvoy and the Steward Team and based on my stay will not return: “Final list of complaints about the quality of the room: 1.
