I feel like on the outside it looks like a beautiful place. Website is lovely and the lobby is gorgeous. Whoever remodeled it had good taste. The AC was soooo loud and inconsistent. When it was on it was like wing in the back of an airplane. The bathrooms don’t have ventilation and the drains smell like mold. The staff was awful. Not sure why everyone seems so unhappy but we were there for my birthday and they refused to let us order even a snack at 4:45 - just drinks. The attitude was appalling. My stay at The Steward was nothing short of remarkable. The room was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The overall aesthetic of the property is stunning as well. Whether relaxing by the pool or unwinding in one of the many beautiful open spaces, the atmosphere felt calm and inviting throughout. I would highly recommend staying here!

Nice place although the room was small. We had a pool view suite and they played annoying music ALL the time. Otherwise, the visit was okay.

This place is paradise! It's secluded away from the busy downtown noise while still being close. All the rooms are suites with lots of space, great for pets! I loved having my balcony door open for fresh air, and you can hear the birds chirping. The forest and garden grounds are stunning, with unique trees (including a redwood!), succulents, and flowers. I can't wait to return to do yoga on the lawn, and enjoy a cabana by the pool.

I LOVE this HOTEL!!!! The grounds are stunning. Make sure you walk outside and take in all the beautiful plants and flowers and big trees. Also it’s 3 min from Orange Theory Fitness, so I was able to get in an early morning class before my meeting. I will be back!
