Extremely unprofessional office. They didn’t make sure that they sent me all of the necessary paperwork until the day of my first session. Leading to it having to be rescheduled. I was doing tele-health and decided to have an in-person session this week, even though I live an hour away. Just for the office to inform me that my therapist was out due to a family emergency, once I was already AT the office. They should have informed me before I wasted gas and money for the toll. I have been working with clinicians to resolve my "stuff" for about 30 years. But my therapist at Cohen clinic was like a breath of fresh air. He used innovative (to me) techniques which were positive changes from the usual talk therapy that I was accustomed to.
