Extremely unprofessional office. They didn’t make sure that they sent me all of the necessary paperwork until the day of my first session. Leading to it having to be rescheduled. I was doing tele-health and decided to have an in-person session this week, even though I live an hour away. Just for the office to inform me that my therapist was out due to a family emergency, once I was already AT the office. They should have informed me before I wasted gas and money for the toll. I have been working with clinicians to resolve my "stuff" for about 30 years. But my therapist at Cohen clinic was like a breath of fresh air. He used innovative (to me) techniques which were positive changes from the usual talk therapy that I was accustomed to. My therapist showed deep commitment to my progress and has helped me navigated many issues and improvements in my quality of life. I highly recommend this clinic for veterans dealing with mild to serious trauma and adjusting from military life and deployments. You owe it to yourself and your family.

This review reflects my experiences leading up to counseling. During my initial call, the receptionist concluded our conversation with a noticeable sigh. I addressed this with her, suggesting that if she finds it challenging to engage with a veteran facing mental health issues, perhaps a different job would be more suitable.
