I just spoke with Anita at the Cohen Clinic in Lakewood. She is amazing, she was very professional with everyone on the group call, she asked questions to make sure everyone was heard and taken care of, she was very timely, and when she found out that we weren't a good fit, she looked up several places that might work for us. I was called to schedule an appointment via community care and I was not having the best experience with them (VA community care). Extremely unprofessional office. They didn’t make sure that they sent me all of the necessary paperwork until the day of my first session. Leading to it having to be rescheduled. I was doing tele-health and decided to have an in-person session this week, even though I live an hour away. Just for the office to inform me that my therapist was out due to a family emergency, once I was already AT the office. They should have informed me before I wasted gas and money for the toll.
