Loved the Thursday evening Yoga. I was disappointed to hear that they were ending 😔. I hope you will reconsider for those that are not able to make the morning classes due to work.
Yesterday (7-8-25) I/We (2 family members) had rhe honor of attending the first Movement & Sound Healing Yoga event. We had such an amazing experience to include physical body experience that was soooooo soothing, release of tension/pain. To be honest words can not explain the experience overall at all.
