Loved the Thursday evening Yoga. I was disappointed to hear that they were ending 😔. I hope you will reconsider for those that are not able to make the morning classes due to work.
Yesterday (7-8-25) I/We (2 family members) had rhe honor of attending the first Movement & Sound Healing Yoga event. We had such an amazing experience to include physical body experience that was soooooo soothing, release of tension/pain. To be honest words can not explain the experience overall at all. This clinic has amazing services for military families and veterans. They have been my go to anytime my family needs assistance. They have many resources available to assist to include late afternoon appointments and telehealth. The staff I’ve dealt with is caring and knowledgeable. The providers are also great.
