I worked with Josephine who was patient, helpful, and made a huge effort to respond to me, get me comparable quotes, and helped me through the entire process of switching insurers. She made an effort to respond around the time I had, was patient when I didn't have all the information, or when I felt like I needed time to process information before connecting again. Josephine was wonderful to work with! Provided us with whatever answers we needed. Even created a detailed comparison of our new policy with our current insurer with similar insurances with her company. Presented in easy to understand format. Great customer service which we lost when our prior insurance agency was sold to a large company. Saved over $700 with the new policies Josephine suggested. Highly recommend checking with Josephine before continuing with your current insurance agency!

We had an amazing experience working with Lacie at Allstate. She was very thorough and ensured that no questions were left unanswered. As a first time home owner, she was very clear in explaining coverage and took extra time to answer questions we had and checked in to see if we needed any additional information or questioned answered. I felt very comfortable as a first time policy holder choosing Allstate for insurance coverage.

Lacie was excellent to work with. She saved us a substantial amount of money on both policies. Something my current provider of 9 years was unable to do. She was very friendly and informative. I look forward to being Allstate’s new customer. Hope the experience continues to be a good one.

The team in this office are friendly, personable, and available any time I call. More importantly, they initiate contact with me as my policies are coming up for renewal to ensure I am getting the best coverage at the best price. When I got married last year, Cindy made a note to call me after the wedding date to get my husband added to the policies and then actually called as promised to ensure everything was updated appropriately.
