I have lived here for a year ,so far so good just sometime my neighbors upstairs walk heavily with heels on Friday night , and some of the management are not really professional,but we can figure out by ourselves,it’s not a big deal , I will put 4stars cus the price of the rent is pretty good , I was live in waterfront for a year ,I have to say if u want luxury u have to pay more ,this is a place with good price to live and nothing bug u a lot
