We recently moved in and the experience has been great so far. The management team was excellent and Timmy was really helpful during the whole move in process. The property is well managed, great location and nice neighborhood!!
Great, new apartment building. Property is very well managed and everything works fine. The building manager is always available to sort out any issues. Most residents have a pet (or two), so if you're not a lover of animals, this is not the place for you.
I am thankful to Joan, who I met accidentally when I went to enquire with another Capreit property and when I found that it didn’t have any availability, and Joan helped me with info regarding this property and she informed me (understanding my plight because I was at a hotel and had to vacate it in a couple of days) that they have one 2 BR availability.
