I have had horrible TMJ for almost a year. The pain has caused terrible headaches, ear pain, difficulty sleeping and, worst of all for everyday living, an inability to open my mouth- making eating difficult and embarrassing. I can’t recommend Zumi enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly has a ton of experience, especially with TMJ work and full body treatment. I felt cared for and genuinely better after my session. Scheduling was easy and stress free, which I really appreciated, and the follow-up texts afterward were such a thoughtful touch. Zumi Vance is a UNICORN among massage therapists!! I have been going to her for YEARS and she is the sole reason I have been able to avoid knee surgery, hip surgery, and possibly ankle surgery. Full stop! I ADORE HER! No one knows how to heal the body by doing what she does except her. Trust me, you WANT that pressure! And there is NOTHING AVERAGE about it!
