Worst bank ever. Nothing but constant problems with debit card. And nobody to call on weekends to get it taken care of. Most unpersonable bank I've ever been to. People like to talk to a real person when they do their banking.
Got a home loan through Stephenson National when most other banks wouldn’t work with the unique property we were purchasing. Had a great experience working with Perry Carlson and the team to help us buy our home. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home in the area!
Worst bank ever! Tried to pull cash from the ATM, Transactions was cancelled however they took the cash out of my account. When i cononted Stephenson bank reguarding that issuse they told me to contact my bank to dispute the error? Why would my finanical instituion have to be contacted when the mistake was Stephenson's. Way to go Stephenson bank! Terrible bank! I even have a bank receipt stating that the transcations was canncelled but that doesn't matter to them.
