David, The Step Guy, providing amazing service. I needed assistance on very short notice and he was able to come take care of my needs.
Based on the phone call I had with David he seems very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend giving him a call if you have any questions or need something fixed. He was able to tell me the fix over the phone after I described to him what was going on with my pool. I’m happy to leave this review and highly recommend him.
Just moved to the area and needed someone to come and give a estimate on getting the pool up and running...Called to set a time for him to come out and text my address but no one showed up. Waited a week and called back later but again no one was able to come out so I ended up contacting a crew out of Montgomery who came the same day I called gave me a estimate and a book to pick out my new liner.. guess all pool companies in Prattville and Millbrook are too busy..
David is professional, knowledgeable, Caring and conscience about the client’s needs. I had a stress tear in the liner of my pool. Even though he knew the liner will be replaced at the end of the season, he went above and beyond to make the patch blend in with the rest of the liner. I WILL be using his services for my steps and diving board when the times gets closer.
