I called and asked if they repaired jacuzzi’s and he said they did. I tried for 3 weeks to set up an appointment. I was told that he didn’t know what his week was looking like and was unable to set up a time. He kept saying in the beginning of the week that he would call by the end of the week but he never did. I just think it’s crazy that a business is unable to provide a prospective client with an appointment.

Based on the phone call I had with David he seems very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend giving him a call if you have any questions or need something fixed. He was able to tell me the fix over the phone after I described to him what was going on with my pool. I’m happy to leave this review and highly recommend him.

Just moved to the area and needed someone to come and give a estimate on getting the pool up and running...Called to set a time for him to come out and text my address but no one showed up. Waited a week and called back later but again no one was able to come out so I ended up contacting a crew out of Montgomery who came the same day I called gave me a estimate and a book to pick out my new liner.. guess all pool companies in Prattville and Millbrook are too busy..
